Fox Run Golf Course, originally named Scottish Links is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Fox Run Course is a very enjoyable, yet demanding course with several lakes and ponds coming into play on most holes. The greens are fast, and there are many trees that can affect your shots. Newly-built sand bunkers were added in 1996, along with 2,500 trees. Fox Run provides golfers links golf in a parkland setting.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 6,234 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4,884 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 1, a par-5 that plays to 538 yards from the back tees. The shortest hole on the course is # 17, a par-3 that plays to 116 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 9, a 417 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 10, a 331 yard par-4.

Fox Run is in the best condition right now than I think I have ever seen it in. They really have it looking good. The price I paid was with a coupon so that is why it was so cheap. This course in the past has been pretty bad but it is really good right now.
